Durban - Johannesburg Pipeline

Transet Durban to Johannesburg Multi-product pipeline

The new pipeline will replace and enlarge the existing Durban to Johannesburg pipeline which transports petrol, diesel and jet fuel emanating either from the two Durban refineries or increasingly from imports.

In addition, it addresses the serious bottlenecks on the inland network.

QEM Services are currently assisting with the Engineering & Construction on the 16" line currently being constructed by Spi-Capag.

We were also awarded the contract for the inspection of all induction bends for both the 24" and 16" line, prior to delivery to site. This particular contract involves 3rd Party vendor inspections throughout Europe to ensure compliance with regulatory instruments and contract specifications.
