Risk Management

Risk Management is something that has become an essential requirement in both business, design and construction.

Whether it is a construction risk assessment, or a business continuity plan, it is essential that risk is addressed and any required mitigation measures planned and implemented.

QEM Services have assisted numerous clients in dealing with their risks both on a contract and corporate level. Recent projects have included the provision of construction risk assessments, to the development of a pipeline & compressor station Risk Based Inspection programme for 4 countries in Central Asia.

One of our greatest achievements has been the development of an easy to use pipeline risk assessment tool that highlights areas of high integrity risks along the length of a pipeline.  This tool has assisted us in carrying out risk based inspection in countries such as Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan, whilst educating local gas companies on the benefits of such practices.
